1. 생일

The Simpsons에 나온 Lisa it's your birthday.
진짜 마형님이 부르신 건 아니지만 정말 똑같다.
마형님은 계약때문에 심슨에 출연도 못 하시고 노래도 못 부르셨지만 기뻐하셨다는 내용을 기미갤에서 봤던 듯.
올해 생일 다음 날에도 이 노래를 들으며 스스로 마음을 달랬다.
(정작 생일 당일엔 엔터테인먼트때문에 나름 바빠서 못 들었음) 
마형님이 옆에서 내 생일을 축하해주는 바로 그 느낌이 들어서 더 애잔...했다.

스누피, 찰리 브라운 외 귀염둥이들이 나오는 피넛츠가 자연스럽게 떠오른다.
이 앨범을 듣고 있으면 라이너스의 security blanket을 덮고 있는 것처럼 따뜻해서 좋다.

우리 형님들의 bitter & sweet한 부분은 이 노래에서도 빛을 발한다.
특히 이 구절, Bing Crosby, Bing Crosby, are you listening to me-
어휴, 영원히 모실 수 밖에 없는 형님들.
(우엥, 지금 구글링해봤더니 2009년에 앨범으로 나왔네. 왜 몰랐지? 모시고 있는 거 맞나-_-?)

3) 기타 한 때 들었던 앨범들

- The very ally Christmas : 벌써 옛날 드라마가 되어버렸지만 (요즘에 모 케이블 채널에서 한다는 소문을 듣긴 했음) 앨리네 법률회사 직원들이 본다 쉐퍼드네 바에 모여서 왁자지껄하게 크리스마스 맞이 장기 자랑을 하던 바로 그 에피소드 때문에 구입했던 CD.
- Mariah Carrie carol 모음 : 음... 한 때 자주 들었지만 역시 이런 목소리는 나의 취향이 아니었다.

역시 인생의 노래 중 하나.
