MAMA 2015가 끝난지 오래되었는데 이제서야 글을 끄적이고 있다.

이래저래 바쁘기도 했고, 무엇보다도 행사 자체에 관심이 없어서 당연히 시청도 하지 않았는데, 다음날 기사를 봤더니 우리 형님들이 똻!!!

그래서 부랴부랴 엠넷에서 재방송을 봤는데... 신스팝 장인들을 모셔 놓고 왜 이런 식으로 collaboration을 하는지 정말 이해할 수 없었다.

그래도 일단은 ㅠㅠ 해당 링크를 첨부.

MAMA PSB f(x) performance

Pet Shop Boys were in Hong Kong last week to win the "Worldwide Inspiration" award at the Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) and to perform with the K-Pop group f(x). Watch their full performance at the link below (from 00:41:55). The backing-track for the medley was produced by PSB producer, Stuart Price.

형님들 홈피에도 가 보았더니 무려 11월에 행사 스케쥴을 노티스했었음... 아...

약간 바쁨 & 엄청난 게으름때문에 홈페이지에도 수 개월만에 접속한 거니 뭐 할 말은 없음...

아 그리고 11월에는 Closer to heaven도 재공연했다고 한다. 한 10여년 만에 돌아온 듯.

위키피디아에서 관련 정보를 좀 찾아 보았는데, 이 구절이 마음에 들어왔다.

Most of the songs that appeared in Closer to Heaven were specifically written for the musical because Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe did not want to produce a "jukebox musical" in the vein of Mamma Mia! or We Will Rock You.
